What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track the status of your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet shipped.
Once your order is in the "Ready to Ship," "Shipped," or "Shipping," we cannot accept any changes.

What currency will my bill be in?

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once an order is placed, processing time is typically 7-10 days, with custom orders taking approximately 30 days.

How do I track my package?

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, we'll resend the package the next day, or the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you selected.
If the package cannot be delivered, you may need to collect it at your local post office.

Are returns free?
If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service to obtain the return address. Once you receive the address, please securely place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
In some cases, return shipping is free. If your return is not due to an error on yuefansen.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long does a return take?
We will confirm the return within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, we will issue a refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of receiving the return.
